To Mathew and technicians of Rhiwbina Garage. Just to say thank you for your service. You gave my Ford Focus an interim service this morning and text me a video report. As it was, I only needed a new extra item in the service, it was an air filter. I know it's only a small thing that Ford should have replaced in an annual service but they overlooked it. Anyway, thanks for the immediate and professional attention you have given me and I expect I will be booking in my car next in December for its annual service. I'm hoping to receive, as discussed, a year's worth of breakdown cover. After all, that's the only reason I chose Ford in the first place. Obviously, you have proved you can surpass their service. Also thank you for giving my car a clean. It all adds up to customer satisfaction I think. And another plus is the collection and pick up service too. Till December have a great rest of the summer.
