Chris the Jaguar technician collected my pride and joy Jaguar F Type from my home, at the exact the agreed time. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Jaguar cars and also nearly every other brand of car we discussed. Within an hour he sent me a video showing the diagnostic faults. We then discussed the best way forward. I then had a call within the hour to say "Hi Ian, it's Chris, I'm on your drive!" Can't recommend Heather and Chris enough.
