Extraordinary customer service and delivery

Great customer service from start to finish. Very clear website and online booking system with options for a FREE wash & hoover and collection & delivery. This was followed by a phone call to confirm the booking and time of collection. I received a video showing the issues arising during the MOT and another phone call to explain the work required. Car was returned swiftly and was gleaming. Who would've thought a simple MOT could be such a pleasant experience? Customer service at its best.
